Choose low-end 100L trash bags, with closing ties.
Cut the bottom of the trash bags 12 by 12.
Stack 24 trash bags and cut them to obtain 24 sheets to weld.
Solder 2 sheets, using a soldering iron, to obtain a gore.
Stack the 12 gores and hold them with clothespins.
Fold the gores in two to obtain alf-gores.
Mark the cutting points, according to the plan, on the alf-gores.
After cutting, weld the gores according to the welding plan.
Repeat the operation to obtain a high level and a low level.
Weld the 2 floors by adjusting the edges and weld the balloon along its entire length.
At the bottom of the balloon, mark the drilling points on the gores.
Prepare loops to place in the holes.
Tie the loops to a 19mm double adhesive tape.
Insert the loops into the holes and secure them using the adhesive.
Fold down the bottom of the balloon and reinforce the vertical and horizontal welds.
Turn the solar balloon inside out like a sock. What was outside is now inside.
Fix the lines in the loops.
Here is the solar balloon ready to fly.
