Choose low-end 50L garbage bags, with closing ties.
Open the bottom of the garbage bags, 10 by 10.
Stack 10 garbage bags.
Open the garbage bags, 10 by 10, according to the cutting plan.
Prepare 2 sheets for welding.
Weld twice, following the welding plan. You get 1 gore.
Weld leaving a gap of about 10mm.
Stack the 10 gores thus obtained.
Attach the gores to each other using clothespins, around the edge.
Fold the gores in 2 to obtain half gores.
Report the points provided in the plan using a white corrector.
Cut and detach the half gores, finished.
Unfold the gores and add clothespins.
Weld, following the welding plan. Left edges, then right edges.
Weld about 10mm from the edge.
Anchor points - 19mm adhesive + central 19mm adhesive reinforcement + closing ties.
Fix the anchor points on the welds, above and below.
The 3.6 m³ solar balloon ready to fly.
